Have you ever called a customer service line and ended up being more frustrated by the end of the call?

Happens to me all the time. When you know something is wrong, or out of whack, you call to straighten it out. Then you get the, "This is the New Policy Ma'am" or "I'm sorry, I don't know who you spoke with last time, Ma'am but they were incorrect."

I'm not out to steal from companies, or even do them wrong, However it would really be nice if, just for once, they took their heads out of their butts and realized what I am saying is Valid. To these big companies money means nothing, especially the piddling amounts we consumers send in. I wonder if they realize that without us consumers they would have NOTHING. Why is it increasingly ok to screw everyone out of money... Guess what, If you know what you're doing, It's legal too!

It seems to me that working with the public can be trying. I've worked it I know. There are people out there that will return eaten food, used clothing, etc. to the store for a refund. Well, guess what people, your stupid behavior is hurting everyone else!

Those of us who are honest, and wanting good quality are getting kicked in the butt by people who have no regard for anyone else!
